The ‘Rogue’ campaign marked Fellow’s 5th consecutive year working with our dear and trusted friends at Taco Truck Creative (AOR) on the Callaway account.
Apart from pointing out the new and improved features on the club line up, we were privileged to also work on the commercials announcing Sergio Garcia’s move to Callaway (winner of 2017 Masters). These pros are used to being on the course under all sorts of weather conditions, but a night shoot was a bit unusual - even for veteran media experts such as Phil Mickelson. Director Marcelo Petrella and ECDs Dave Huerta and Travis Graham enjoyed the stark difference to the campaigns they had shot in the past years.
Fellow’s photoreal CG product and VFX work took the lead announcing the Rogue line in a menacing looking :15 teaser, followed by an all CG :30 with lots of unexpected VFX shots for a golf club commercial. We salute the marketing team at Callaway and TTC for pushing the creative every year!
